Short tufts of tough polypropylene filaments "stab" into your floor pad to hold it securely to the floor machine. 20" diameter block includes clutch plate. Fits NSS Wrangler 2008 and 2016 series scrubbers (including AE, AB, DB, Electric, Brush Assisted, Pad Assisted, and Wheel Driven variants). Includes 5" diameter spin-on clutch plate.
