JD 51PWSET Poly/Wire Wafer Brush Set for John Deere 51" Sweeper Attachments. Stiff black polypropylene brush wafer segments for general duty sweeping of turf, concrete and asphalt. Crinkle wire brushes are used for attacking packed or stubborn debris. These brushes are also commonly used for snow and ice removal, but the addition of wire will reduce the overall lifespan of the brush set. Not recommended for lawn dethatching to the aggressive natrue of the wire. Use the all poly set for dethatching jobs. This kit contains 12 to 14 convoluted poly, 10 to 12 wire wafers, wafers and 20 brush spacers (for a total of 24 wafer sections and 20 spacers. This kit no longer contains the sloped wafers. Some users may experience a minimal gap in sweeping due to the lack of the sloped wafers. Extra wafers and spacers are included to help reduce this gap. This kit contains a total of 24 wafers). 4.4" inside diameter, 18" outside diameter. We also offer these in an all poly wafer set. Search for JD 51PSET.
