FC 23-421SS 23" .070"/46 Grit Super Grit Scrub Brush for Factory Cat Tomcat Floor Scrubbers. Thick .070" diameter DuPont Tynex-A or Hahls Nylon filament is impregnated with large abrasive 46 grit silicon carbide granules. These heavier grit brushes can be used on older shop flooring with heavy packed debris, older sealed concrete, and unsealed concrete. The Super Grit brushes can also be used for stripping of tile, terrazzo, quarry tile, and other similar hard surfaces. Equivalent to Super-Grit, .065"/46 Heavy Grit Plus. Replaces black and high productivity floor pads. Not for use on newly painted flooring. Tynex-A or Hahls filaments outlast standard poly and Nylon filaments. We also offer a lighter .050"/80 black grit scrub brush (FC 23-421S), or an even lighter mid grit .035"/180 grit scrub brush (FC 23-421C). Includes 8 point clutch plate. Some older models require a 6 point clutch plate (if a 6 point plate is needed, please reference this in the Special Instructions box at checkout). Please check your existing brush set up before ordering. Fits Factory Cat and Tomcat branded floor equipment including Factory Cat MiniMag 23D, 2023-23, Tomcat 2300D walk-behind floor scrubbers and model 23, 420D 430D, XR-46 riding scrubbers.
