FC 19-421C 19" .035"/180 Mid Grit Scrub Brush for Factory Cat Tomcat Floor Scrubbers. .035" diameter DuPont Tynex-A or Hahls Nylon filament is impregnated with slightly abrasive 180 grit silicon carbide granules. These mid grit brushes can be used on most painted shop flooring, older sealed concrete, unsealed concrete, tile, stone, terrazzo, quarry tile, rubber, textrued synthetic flooring and other surfaces. The long trim scrub brushes can reach into grout lines for excellent cleaning results. Our most popular grit brush. Designed for everyday general duty cleaning of dirt and debris. Great for textrued flooring surfaces. Not for use on newly painted or high gloss flooring. Slightly more aggressive than Light Grit. Equivalent to Midi-Grit, Scrub-Grit II, Clean Grit. Commonly blue, grey, or rust in color. Replaces blue floor pads. Tynex-A filaments outlast standard poly and Nylon filaments. We also offer a heavier .050"/80 Nylo-Grit scrub brush (FC 19-421S), or a lighter Scrub grit .022"/120 grit scrub brush (FC 19-421PS). Includes 8 point clutch plate. Some older models require a 6 point clutch plate which is pictrued above (if a 6 point plate is needed, order FC 5-521C). Some of these models also use cylinder scrub brushes instead of disc brushes. Please check your existing brush set up before ordering. Fits Factory Cat and Tomcat floor scrubber models including Factory Cat 38, 40, 40HD, 550D and Tomcat 3700D.
