FC 14-421S / 27-421S 14" .050"/80 Nylo Grit Scrub Brush for Factory Cat Tomcat Floor Scrubbers. .050" diameter DuPont Tynex-A or Hahls Nylon filament is impregnated with large abrasive 80 grit silicon carbide granules. These heavy grit brushes can be used on older shop flooring with heavy packed debris, older sealed concrete, and unsealed concrete. The .060"/80 Black Grit brushes can also be used for stripping of tile, terrazzo, quarry tile, and other similar hard surfaces. Slightly lighter than Super-Grit. Equivalent to Tough-Grit, .060"/80 Black Grit. Commonly black in color. Replaces black and brown floor pads. Not for use on newly painted flooring. Tynex-A or Hahls filaments outlast standard poly and Nylon filaments. We also offer a heavier .070"/46 .065"/46 Heavy Grit scrub brush (FC 17-421SS), or a lighter mid grit .035"/180 grit scrub brush (FC 14-421C). Includes 8 point clutch plate. Some older models require a 6 point clutch plate (if a 6 point plate is needed, please reference 14-421S-6P in the Special Instructions box at checkout). Please check your existing brush set up before ordering. Fits Factory Cat and Tomcat branded floor equipment including Factory Cat MiniMag 28D, Factory Cat 27D, Tomcat 2700D walk-behind floor scrubbers. May also fit other models.
