Q: I don't see the sweeper/scrubber parts or my model number listed online?
A: Try entering the part number in the search box. We do have an advanced search option also. You can also use the drop down list on the left hand side of the page. The part you need may be listed by category or by machine model number. There are literally thousands of replacement parts for power sweepers and scrubbers. We offer almost anything you could imagine for your floor machine. We're trying to add parts every day to the site. If you can't find your part or model number, give us a call on our toll free number, 800-277-3780 and we'll be able to take care of you.
Q: I am having difficulty checking out?
A: On occasion, websites can create their own rules and make you chase your tail. We hate that too! We've found that our customers have called to say they are having a hard time checking out on occasion. Our solution is to have you check UPS as your carrier. Shortly after that, a drop box will appear below and you will be asked to select a shipping option (UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, etc) from the service level drop box. Please choose your preferred method of shipping in order to get your parts to you in time.
Q: What if I need these parts right away?
A: We offer many means of shipping in-stock parts. Please ask about shipping options which include Next Day Air or Second Day Air options. Some items which require assembly may need some additional time. If you need an item by tomorrow, try to place your order by 11am EST. UPS Next Day Air orders that are shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday, unless UPS Next Day Air Saturday delivery is requested. We occasionally ship via USPS. The Postal Service options may also suit your needs for an economical and speedy delivery.
Q: When do you charge my credit card?
A: We reserve the right to charge your card or payment option on receipt of the order. We've adopted standard online purchasing protocols similar to Amazon.com. This helps us prevent credit card fraud and/or fraudulent intentions.
Q: What if I am tax exempt?
A: Many of our customers are tax exempt for many reasons, including resale. Please simply reference "Tax Exempt" in the special instructions box during checkout. We may contact you to have you send us a copy of your tax exempt / resale certificate.
Q: Why buy from HMPSUPPLY.COM?
A: We spend lots of time examining parts found in floor machines. Knowing that manufacturers like Tennant, Nilfisk-Advance, and Minuteman pretty much assemble floor machines, we source some of the same parts they use in their units. We are not restricted to any machine manufacturer or dealer network which means that we price our parts based on a fair margin, not an inflated dealer network price schedule. Our competitors have done a great job in copying our site, comically, down to every small mistake we've made (and since corrected), and claim to have parts in stock and years of knowledge. Many of these guys were actually our customers and just "popped up" on the web. You can trust that we can handle many of your tougher parts requests. We pride ourselves on completion, expedited service, and fair business practices. You can give them a try, but you'll likely be calling us to expedite your brush or parts order.
